Dear Amiga/o de la comunidad,
As a member of Friends of Friendship Park (FOFP), I strongly believe in having a park near the border to support families and build a true binational space between San Diego and Tijuana. Instead of more 30-foot walls and militarization that divide our communities and friends from Mexico, I support FOFP to make a difference and increase awareness of the present situation of Friendship Park. Since 2020, I have participated in many FOFP actions and events, and I hope you can join us to continue our efforts to save Friendship Park.
I am part of a team of 16 who are reaching out to hundreds of supporters like you in honor of Friendship Park’s 52nd Anniversary, which is August 18. Our goal is to raise $52,000 by September 19th. We are also hoping to find 52 new monthly donors who give between $5 and $500 per month.
