The moment we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has filed articles of impeachment in the House against Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
Standing with her are 8 original co-sponsors, Reps. Barbara Lee , Rashida Tlaib, Bonnie Watson Coleman, Delia Ramirez, Maxwell Frost, Ilhan Omar, Jamaal Bowman, and Jasmine Crockett.
This is a watershed moment in our fight to restore integrity to our nation’s highest court, and we need your help to seize this opportunity.
For far too long, Justices Thomas and Alito have abused their positions of power, refusing to recuse themselves from cases where they have clear conflicts of interest. Their actions represent a grave threat to our democracy and the rule of law. We cannot stand idly by while they continue to undermine the credibility of the Supreme Court.
AOC’s impeachment articles lay bare the years-long pattern of misconduct by these justices. From undisclosed luxury vacations and gifts from GOP mega-donors to blatant conflicts of interest involving family members, the evidence is damning. These are not oversights — they are deliberate abuses of power that demand accountability.

Make no mistake, the fight is far from over. Right-wing extremists and their allies in Congress will stop at nothing to protect their corrupt allies on the bench. They know that Alito and Thomas are key to advancing their radical agenda, and they’ll fight tooth and nail to keep them in power.
We must make it clear that the American people will not tolerate a Supreme Court that puts personal gain and political ideology above the Constitution and the rule of law.
This is our chance to reclaim our democracy and restore faith in our judicial system. The stakes couldn’t be higher. If we fail to act now, we risk emboldening future justices to throw out ethical standards and sell out our democracy to the highest bidder.
Thank you for your unwavering commitment to this crucial fight.
